Partnership checklist

1. Provide estimated daily participation numbers for lunch, breakfast, and snack two weeks before service begins.
2. Update counts weekly, designate ordering and billing contacts, and coordinate delivery schedules with Clark’s routing manager.
3. Review billing terms: Net 30 payment with check, ACH, or credit card options.
4. Download and complete the customer credit application to finalize account setup.
5. Allow a 30-day notice window so both teams can adjust if the partnership needs to pivot.
